Low levels of Vitamin D are associated with Cognitive Decline in the Elderly

Basically, if your blood level of vitamin D is very low, your mental decline may occur quicker than in someone with a healthy level of vitamin D.

 

We take daily vitamin D and will have our blood levels done very soon.
