It’s from the Annals of Internal Medicine which is a much read peer-reviewed journal that the non surgeon physicians I know read. It’s a bit like their Bible of ongoing research.

Conclusions: Current evidence does not clearly support cardiovascular guidelines that encourage high consumption of polyunsaturated fatty acids and low consumption of total saturated fats.
Even the medical community is now beginning to look at the real relationship of saturated fat to heart disease and are finding that perhaps it is not the culprit they thought it was…
Now take them big birds…Never eat a thing…Just sit and stare.
