Suggestion: Decide your ratio of screen time to active time.
Screen time may be TV, Electronic games, smart phone, notebook and/or puter.
Active time is any activity that makes you move: doing laundry, shopping, vacuuming, walking, weight lifting, (training your horses!).
Decide on your ratio. I’m going to try this: For every minute I spend in screen time, I will spend an equal amount of time being physically active.
I’ll let you know how I do!
